Students are provided with opportunities to develop and establish links within both the school community and their local community. Links and activities include the following:
Regular shopping trips in the local area
Links with Warren Wood Specialist Academy – gardening, use of sports facilities, work placements, organising Year 6 transitions
Garden project in Richmond Park and use of fitness equipment
Visits to local colleges
Litter-picking around the wider school environment
Work placements – Sweet Caroline's, Gelder, Meynell Kindergarten, Warren Wood
Noble Foods - Enterprise Adviser, supported employment transition
Visits to local theatres

Travel training - train, bus, cycling, and road safety in the local area
Use of Laughterton Woods camping ground for forestry projects, camping and Scouts' activities
Visits to Lea Woods and Laughton Woods for orienteering and forestry activities
